Roger Pay, MD

Roger has overall responsibilities for the operation. He has been with Bestar for more than 10 years. He has led the firm through key growth milestones.
​
With more than 29 years of accounting experience, Roger has considerable experience working on due diligence and transaction support work in relation to acquisitions and restructuring carried out by many of his wide range of clients.
​
Roger has extensive experience in providing business advisory services to a broad range of clients including technology, food and beverage, construction, manufacturing and trading companies. He is also experienced in strategic planning, reorganization and operations improvement projects for various local companies as part of their globalization and listing efforts.
He works closely with leading private banks to help their clients navigate through the requirements of corporate tax, personal tax, and FATCA/CRS.
Roger graduated with Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) from the Australian National University. He is a Member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA), CPA Australia, ASEAN CPA, Singapore Institute of Accredited Tax Professionals (SIATP) and Global-Asia Family Office Circle (GFO Circle).
