Company Secretarial Associate / Senior Associate
Responsibilities:
Write reports and business correspondences
Provide relevant corporate secretarial support to the company’s clients
Maintain statutory books of the company
Deal with government authorities such as CCM, Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, SC, MITI and MIDA
Arrange and schedule board meetings and committee meetings
Handle all corporate secretarial jobs of Public and Private clients from incorporation to liquidation
Ensure compliance to Companies Act and Listing Requirements update
Attend directors’ meetings, AGM / EGM
Make announcements for PLCs
Handle business meetings with clients and dealings with business associates, and manage staff
Handle transfer of shares and e-stamping, registration of foreign companies and its annual filings, application of employment passes
Prepare and draft corporate resolutions to effect change of officers of companies, change of signatories and preparation of AGM documents
Requirements:
You must possess at least a Professional Certificate (Chartered Secretary or an ICSA graduate), Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Law or LS issued by CCM, or any other equivalent.
You must have at least 3-5 years of relevant working experience, preferably in corporate secretarial firms, legal firms and public listed companies. You will also need to have good knowledge of Companies Act, 1965 and Listing Requirements (if any).

Senior Tax Associates
Responsibilities:
Perform compliance tax services for clients engagements in varied industries
Undertake the preparation and completion of complex tax computations including reviewing tax computation prepared by your direct reports
​Utilise tax software to prepare and process returns
Conduct compliance and reporting, tax management, risk and control assessment
Research and consult on various tax matters
Contact clients and officers from the Inland Revenue Board, Ministry of Finance and other government agencies
Provide clients with advice on various compliance issues including paying and minimizing their tax liabilities
​
Manage your own portfolio of clients
​
Agreeing tax liabilities and seeking agreement of tax computations with the tax authorities
​
Deal with client queries in relation to tax implication of business transactions, including preparation and review of follow up queries and correspondence with appropriate internal and external parties
​
Organize, monitor and manage your own work load
​
Assist in the development of other staff as required, which includes delegation and coaching
​
Requirements:
Bachelor degree in Accounting or related field from recognised universities and/or anprofessional qualification
​
3-5 years’ work experience of corporate tax compliance
​
Strong academic background
​
Good written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia
​

Senior Audit Associate
Responsibilities:
Job planning and delegating work to junior team members

Testing internal control systems and analytical review procedures

Ensuring that financial statements of companies are prepared in accordance with statutory requirements

Responsibilities:
​
Preparation of monthly accounts and payroll reports to clients
​
Coach and guide team members to provide high quality services to clients
Manage and monitor team’s progress through discussions, reporting and regular follow-up
Work closely with Manager in new and existing project planning and management
Maintain good client relationship and attend to clients’ queries and requests professionally
Liaise with external parties such as auditors and tax agents
