A company must prepare its First Financial Statement within eighteen months from the date of its incorporation,
and its Subsequent Financial Statement within six months of its financial year end.
A Private Company must lodge its Financial Statement to the Registrar within 30 days from the financial statements and reports are circulated to its members, a Public Company within 30 days from its Annual General Meeting.
